I hear your, brother. However, I think you have to cut the company some slack in terms of what it is trying to achieve with assistance from "those in the know". Why? I think it is more complicated than simply knowing that the treatment works. It's all about mergers and acquisitions with a bunch of other professionals looking to get whatever they feel is due to them in this opportunity that PAR presents.
What leaves us ordinary investors a bit anxious is that we are behind some sort of veil - of ignorance or incomplete information, regarding what is actually real about this opportunity (PAR) we have come upon. The incompleteness (if such a word exists) of our knowledge regarding what is our eventual future is what is getting to us. Everything might be good in terms of arrangements between PAR and "those in the know". However, PAR along its partners in negotiation are possibly also trying to navigate the markets in such a way that there is maximum benefit for them. SP might not show what we want it to show just yet. However, who is to say when exactly everything will fall into place at such a speed that we get a speeding ticket?
As an investor, one can only hope for the best whilst also keeping clear targets.
