I don't believe we are where we are because the high flying execs whose job it is to recognize opportunities, negotiate deals, and ultimately realize a profit are blowing off this opportunity because they have issues with PAR management. That would be just a silly thing for grown ups to do. I do think it is more likely management are holding out for the right deal at the right time.
Regardless of what you or I think, we can't prove either to be right. Stressing out and second guessing is pointless. We just wait.
