just checked their last statements. Hope I’m very wrong, but cash and cash equivalents in hand circa $25m. Quick read through one of the last reports reveals the potential for raising $110m by means of the piggy back options. Not sure how that works, but if it involves investors forking out more $$ without an agreed partnership or deal, then PAR is well and truly already sinking.
