Yes absolutely however one would assume imminent refers to a time frame of under one month. Under normal circumstances tax loss selling would be well underway by now but I do think people are holding out after PR made that statement, anyone would be gutted to sell to take a loss for tax purposes only for a good announcement re funding a few days later
