@Dungiven netting it down, You "think that is where PAR management have had it right, and some PAR investors (myself included) had it wrong. We saw (some still see) regional deals as a requirement to get the trials done. The thinking is logical: Regional deal > LO's in the money > funds pouring in for trials.
However, when you think about it, that's far too flimsy a pathway for a Board of Directors to rely on.

I think, unless there is a Convertible note or something similar (not a CR), OR a small country, such as, i will spell it out this time for someone else. "South Korea", then there isnt any other financing plan than those below, because PR has hinted more than once that BigPharma want to see more evidence, as in the readouts. And i think, now they want to see the final readouts, not just the interim.
So that leaves

1. just a Convertible note or similar
2. a small country -- which some have said why would anyone want to go before FDA
3. a significant investor (outside BigPharma), slipping into 3Q
4. the (dreaded) CR

Which of these works for LTH. Well #3 taking on board 300m shares at 30c =$90m*, and everyone recognizes that funding to interim is done, and the shares rally because those shares are not on sale. And option #1 remains, but it is cheaper. So with any luck, goodbye Bell Potter. The deal some of us were hoping for -- BigPharma -- is unlikely to take place before readout at the earliest.
