1) Get funding to be able to conduct a P3. In actuality, I believe the authorities don't really care too much how and when you get the funds, that's up to the sponsor (that's PAR)....obviously no company wants to take a risk of starting the P3 and then having to pause mid way thru cos they ran out of cash!! That would be the end of PAR!
2) Once we have funding in place then we can start ...start means dosing in the 012, ie. the phase three.
3) Interim is a point some way through the trial. You could have multiple interims, but usually it's one or max two. In our case it occurs when half our cohort reach day 112. That's 112 days after when each was first dosed. In our case the full trial ends at 404 days after the first dose. We have some 466 patients in total, spread over just two cohorts, the placebo and the active.
The interim will be like a top line read out, I'm not sure we will get too much detail at all but the main takeaway is that things are hopefully looking good enough to continue and are trending the right way. In any case it will be a massive confidence booster and kinda like a checkpoint.
You are right tho, without funding we won't get to interim, forget that, we won't be able to even start...

The Co. doesnt need to come up with that statement because it is inherent. You can see how much cash we have, we can take a stab at how much the P3 will consume and the rest, well that's the deficiency that we need. We are all kinda waiting around to see when and how this gets resolved.
The share price will channel in a concise range till then, this is also why it is pin drop silent over there in the chart thread (please tippy toe if you are going to post over there), we are all just...well...waiting..
