From all i can gather having not been at the meeting, is that the word "imminent" appeared in a sentence in which the word "funding" was used in a not necessarily causally connected manner. Is that about right? My thinking in the way PR uses it is, not within months, and anyway, just wishful thinking..
where funding is concerned i am yet to see an effective non-dilutive form, at least potentially, the closest is a convertible note, which i have been pushing for some time, because it tends not to lead to as much of a price drop as a CR through BP..i guess we will have a better idea of imminent* real soon, or not, as the case may be when it happens or not. *according to PR.
Someone put forward the notion that PAR would only be making the usual mandatory announcements through to end August, because they have nothing else to offer, and not the wit to close on a convertible note, (in the absence of that deal from some small country that hasn't happened but may in the interim. Anyway if it is a CR, here is one person not pitching in again. GLTAH
