Where are we on a deal?, page-1527

You know, gentlemen, I like to complain. However, to attack the character of someone is not constructive at all. I seriously do not think that as SHs we are somehow getting played. Attacking the character is seriously uncalled for. Yes, people have lost a fair bit. However, to descend to such characterisations is really bad taste.

At one point I was close to really losing it a bit. However, I sat down and watched an interview. Then I realized that, above what I may feel, there is a guy out there looking to simply contribute something that could be lifechanging. This guy, at least to me, is probably twice my age. He is also from a world, literally and figuratively, I have never been exposed to. There is absolutely no need to ever get personal with him when I have made my own decisions.

My decisions have been horrible for a while. I left Tesla before it moved from $400 to over $1600 before the stock split. I don't think I can even count that since I was in it for possibly just a single week, had just a single share, and then went looking for cheaper shares so I could hold a lot. Those were my early days trying to invest. I also left Palantir when it was still $20. It is now over $140. Horrible decisions that I had absolutely no way of predicting. The biggest regrets really. However, for some reason, I am quite hopeful here with PAR. Come to think of it, I think my appetite is now: "All or nothing". I think that's actually how all investments work. You either fly or you burn in flames!

You can never know what might happen. I have come to this company in an attempt to rebuild from having absolutely nothing. My stake is incredibly small. However, it is already an investment I have gotten something out of. It is all about the timing. If I had been around since healthier times in terms of SP, I'd probably be in a different state right now. However, I have come at a time where an oscillation such as the one that recently happened - minor to some people, even inconsequential to some people deeply in the red - can be of some benefit to me.

We will just never know what might happen. If the guy is all that you seem to be intimating now, what happens when everything suddenly goes extremely well. Will your words suddenly change? Will you act as if you never said or thought what you did? How will you be? Humble or excited at the next hurdle cleared? Or you'll be looking on from outside just as I have done with Tesla and Palantir? Decisions, decisions, decisions! Embrace them!

Any ways, those are just my thoughts after the previous few posts. It really is nothing. As you were.......
