This is my theory for why there are currently such a low number of shorters.
There is well-justified skepticism about whether there is actually a partner this time after all the claims and innuendo surrounding partnerships over the years.
However, if you short PAR based on not believing the latest partnership talk and you're wrong, you're going to take an almighty shellacking.
