Yes that statement was what put me off buying a while back but the more time passed and the more the shorts dropped the more confident I was a that a CR was probably unlikely. I think its hard to keep a CR quiet they can't just click their fingers and make it happen they have to find underwriters etc so I would have thought the word would be out by now, also they can only raise a small amount without shareholder approval. Either they haven't got a clue or they have something lined up subject to the FDA approval for phase 3. That's my logic anyway I guess we will find out fairly soon.
