I suppose they will argue, per Securities law, that the mkts were made aware of the pending possibility of a partnership given the guidance they provided on pending possible partnerhips via AGM statements and more recent media interviews and presnetations and that the partnership was incumbent on FDA clearance, which they have not material knowledge of being a yay or nay.
