NO. It's much more mundane than that.Anyone who has worked on a mine can vouch for that.
Its very basic stuff.Getting basic raw materials out of the ground to replicate what is already visible in other first world countries.
Dot com was about creating a demand/ market , that wasn't there b4.
Mining 'boom' --Electricity with cu cabling thruout all of china, etc--u don't need to market that...it a 'given'...nothing to create.....etc etc etc
