Snoball's definition is right, we are not very far up the ladder, or the clock whatever you want to compare it to. granted it's in an uptrend, but these creepy-crawlies with the occasional spike (dropping back the very next day both in price & volume) a la TAS, call it a bullmarket if you like, but not a boom!
the price movements of commodities & oil & gold are much to erratic to inspire the kind of mad-rush buying as if there was no tomorrow, characterizing full-blown boom conditions.
