I'm starting to wonder whether it's even a bull-market any more? which would render the question (re: clock) superfluous.
mining "boom" aside, in general terms the 'clock' shows signs of topping out when you get: rising interest rates, falling share prices & falling commodity prices. all this to be preceded - introducing the final phase - by falling real estate values.
does any of this look familiar in the present environment?
