More the fact that Varmco are still experimenting from what I gather but then you would wonder why they entered such a contract in the first place. We are not privy to how the contract was arranged and what the terms were. As I have said the BOD did financial due diligence. There was some mention of the BOD sighting a varmco bank statement with $800 mio on it? Inter company transfer? Who knows. At that point starting to get into non public info.
MGC losing patience rather than faith IMO
The issue is that Varmco’s CEO has indicated that the deal is still on the table and will pay. Roby wants to fast track it
