I get your point loud and clear RB. I agree that it is not in MXC's interest to delay anything so I am not any blame at their feet at all.
My point was that they should accept that there are reasons for the delay outside of their control but that it is in their interest to keep shareholders aware of that. It is good shareholder relations practice. I have no doubt that the deal will go through and we will all applaud the arrival of the deposit and news of the contract signing within a month or two. I have also used the low SP to increase my holdings so that should point to me having confidence in MXC.
