Honestly the deal was signed and a deposit was going to be paid early this year. Now it most likely not going to be shown in the EOFY financial report ? Simple, EITHER they do or don't want MGC CBD for whatever reason or someone is f_ing us around. imoa take the deposit and give a refund if things don't work out. Many don't have much confidence that the balance sheet is going to show a profit in the EOFY.
