    That could be true
    Just be careful how you interpret today's close
    It was pushed up to 20c with little buys and then there was a reasonable dump of about 200k shares at 18 and then a couple of small buys to finish it at 20c
    I dont have a list of the trades, but it would be interesting to see exactly how it closed
