Apologies I have just seen your post. The DX of Mesenchymal proliferation means differential diagnosis. Which means the author has run through different thoughts ,with their most conclusive one is Mesenchymal proliferation.
That means if they are correct it means the cancer cells are in a loose configuration but have the tendency to spread.The data supporting that is the " wispy blue cytoplasm" and mild anisocytosis and anisokaryosis.
You have a few choices. One standard chemotherapy (CHOP), possibly radical surgery, MPL with Prednisone, MPL with Gemcitabine or MPL with Cisplatin.All three latter drugs can cause reduction of Mesenchymal cancer.
Its a hard one Ozdog. If any HC members have access to MPL , maybe contact Ozdog. Pred you can get from your local Veterinarian.
If you go get access to the MPL in Zolvix form ( not Zolvix + form) we can discuss loading doses and maintenance doses of it combined with Pred.
To conclude you have no choice but to try something . Keep us updated. Good luck from HC members.
