@ Banastas, I don't recall anything so clear cut as yet. Theoc and Quiltman have pointed out in their recent discussion on the latest Update that they are "talking", not negotiating yet, and "sseking input" on a phase 3. I suppose that as the talking continues, eyes will be on the progress of the trials in Texas ans NZ.
