It is a shame that Bintan Mining Solomon Islands (BMSI) has demonstrated a complete disregard and lack of respect to the Solomon Island's.
“It is my position that should any irregularities and or illegal act, or if the normal due process was not adhered to in the award of the development consent and / or the mining lease, then this would constitute a serious breach in our process and must then be dealt with accordingly including the revocation of the development consent and the mining lease,”
Plenty of these naysaying trolls suggested that it was a great move forward, suggested it was all legitimate, it was done and dusted, irreversible. How foul do these companies smell now??
Good on the Prime Minister for calling it out. Let's hope he can sort this mess out and avoid litigation in the process.
