Agree. Nice to see a discussion on HC rather just down-ramping or up-ramping. Yellow cake and others have added some perspective to my sometimes overly rosy view. A SP at close to cash backing reflects the market view and estimation of success. There is an opportunity for things to go wrong and an opportunity for things to go right. For me more upside than downside from here, but time will tell. I hope they get the demo plant fired up (Tip's busy so I am not even trying to talk with him, previously he has said they are going for a slow/soft start-up. I do talk with the local press that are keeping an eye on developments (a new factory in a little community is big news for the locals))
