    If gold is confiscated , then the Perth mint are required to pay you the cash equivalent....

    Also refer to the CEO's message on gold held on their web site...... This was made following many questions over whether they cover all sales etc.

    A Government guaratee is a benefit not provided with most other gold holdings....
