splain, Hercules mining were the main contractors for Goldstar right from the start. They did the preparatory work at Eureka and the Eureka bulk sample mining.

Last I heard was that they were not going to bid for the main mining contract for Eureka/TC as it was too big for them, however that was before the latest executive moves so who knows? Maybe if Goldstar decides to moderate their grand plans and do what most of the Lachlan fold miners are doing and start small then Hercules will be in the running for future contracts,
Apparently Hercules are, or were, well set up with their office in Rawson and a lot of gear onsite.
