Prospectus out. Interesting to see that the current Chairman of AOS is negotiating to become the MD of the group post acquisition of IFS. Interesting because when AOS went to shareholders the only "independent director" recommending the deal was the Chairman, because the other 2 directors are principals of the corporate adviser! Now shareholders have approved the deal, and before completion of acquisition, it appears the "independent director" may not be that independent because he is negotiating to take the MD role. The history of this deal is littered with conflicts of interest, smells from a governance perspective.
