IMO the SPX takeover wasn't that bad of a deal at all. I'm an ex-SPX shareholder and I accepted the offer. Quite happy with the cash payment received and the RMS asset has appreciated in value quite nicely. I know much of that has to do with POG but RMS is also producing the goods and hitting their targets plus is currently in XD for a payment of $0.030 per share.
I'm very happy to be in DRE at the moment too
