AS report, IPO likely will relistin around 24 Feb.

The acquisition of Eastern constitutes a change in the nature and scale of operation of the Company and as
a result, the Company is required to re]comply with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX listing rules.
The Company anticipates that the re]compliance Prospectus will be lodged with ASIC in early February and
that the Share Sale Agreement will be completed towards the middle of February, with the Company
relisting on / around 24 February 2010
