16.5 !!!! bloody hell ..thats cold for summer on the eastern seaboard..
Vic fires are just devestating...our CFS issued warnings last thurs about conditions we were to experience on Sat..they never eventuated as the 80km north winds didnt arrive..unfortunately they hit Vic with extreme temp. as well.. Our CFS went on news/radio thurs telling people to have a plan in place because[and i quote] if a fire starts under these conditions we will NOT be able to stop it..
