Also notice how the offer is stacked with so many shares that are not even close to the market trading price... this stock is going to be a big winner over the next 10 years, and im sure instos/funds have now realised this... the trouble is that they will do everything they can to try shake out stock from weak hands. Just study this history of big winning stocks and they all have shakeouts..
To win at the rodeo you have to have the balls and smarts to hold onto the bull... wont be easy but thats how you make big gains in stocks
