Can you supply the workings for your $A600,000,000 figure. My research suggests that a 220kW power line costs about $A600,000 per kilometre. When I multiply $A600,000 x 300 km = $A180,000,000. The cost would be recovered over the life of the mine so LKE would be paying about $A7 million per year for power access.
Power does not seem to be the problem that you think it is. The problem is the low price of lithium. If Lithium rises to $US33000 pt then Kachi will be producing $US825,000,000 worth of lithium per year I think if that happens they will be able to find the $A7 per year connection cost.
Happy to be corrected if your calculations show something different.
