From that announcement today....it seems as if mining tenement consultants from a company called Western Tenement Services may have initially secured these licenses (late 2003-2004)......somehat like Cazaly Nathan McMahon who's savy mining land tenure understand, almost secured shovelanna.

In late 2005 Rhodes became involved as trustee for the licenses.....maybe to give advice or even to start exploration. Don't know......but anyway UKD now own the licenses.
