For stranded coal I think Waratah Coal is interesting. It arrived on the ASX yesterday (from the TSX) as WCI. Someone called Mineralogy Pty is trying to steal the company on the cheap though.

They just released a "resource target" of silly proportions (200-400bn tonnes), in conjunction with mentioning UCG/CTL for the first time. Take that for what you will.
