Interesting question this, Where did Qantas go wrong?
If we all look back in time, when did Qantas start to fall off its wheels so to speak.
Was it by not picking the 777's in 2005?
Was it by not picking the better CEO in John Borghetti over AJ?
Was it by starting up Jetstar?
Or was it all of the ABOVE?
