The Labor policy of removal of franking credits was unfair and not equitable ,SMSFs lose their credits but shift your fund to an industry fund and the fund collect the credits to be fair they would have needed to remove the franking credits from the retiree's in the funds and that would have amounted to a cut in their pension payouts and that would never fly.
