Talbot has aquired 29mill shares in his new purchase. Did he buy these on market over a few days of off market? The off market would need someone to sell down. Who? To buy so many on market is a lot of trades and would that not tend to push sp up to take the sell side so often? I am not up with the way the top end of town works.
