$38.6m plant constructed largely on the basis of untested contingent resources and prospective resources.
The devil was in the detail. 30,000mmcf of recoverable gas looked fantastic until the reserves/resources estimates were recently announced.
The cost of the plant (not to be confused with efficiencies) may still be justified but comes with the risks of future exploration.
