Interesting thoughts, i'm not educated in company law and it would likely depend on the sale structure, i would think that the buyer would either want to cancel PE or would want to pursue it as part of the purchase interest. I'm not sure on Price for FAR it depends on what metric is used $/BBL i would imagine a fair amount of shareholders would sell for $4 US/BBL maybe a bit higher. Your right that values everything else at zero.
I originally bought into FAR for the Reefs in Kenya lol, that was long ago.
