where did they get tenants from

How was TRH able to secure such valuable tenants with such close proximity to PMM's mine? Surely PMM would have wanted them? Who did TRH buy them from?

On another note re: the cashflow report today, its good to see that they aren't burning too much cash. Only $170k spent the whole quarter. Naturally this will increase when they begin drilling, and they will inevitably have to have a capital raising, but that should be done above at much a higher level, as a minimum 60c+ and so will limit dilution.
