I am okay with that and the debt needs to be re-paid. Yes they may have not foreseen the cashflow problem at the time. The alternative would be to pay themselves a big bonus which wouldn't be the preference for anyone.

Yes there are a few things I am annoyed with the management team.
In any case I am more focused whether the team can continue to bring in revenue.
In the last 12 months they have improved their sales and have resolved the cashflow problem - that I will grant is a BIG credit to the team.

Hopefully they can book in a few more positive growth quarters.
