I only started investing in shares in March this year. I picked up a couple of trial newsletter subscriptions aimed toward high growth/speculative stocks and found a)they focused almost entirely on miners and b) I wasn't really comfortable there (I lost a friend in the Sundance Congo plane crash. For one thing). But one newsletter picked PRR and I DID like what they were doing, lots, so I bought at .23 and some more at .30. I scrapped the newsletters and found some more biotechs / related myself (PBT, UNS, VLA). Very happy :)
