Where is the line between keeping the right people happy with share placements in order to influence the deals/ projects etc compared to what retail ivestors like me want?(being a steady or perhaps even climbing SP)

Is there a line that MS has crossed by looking after "the right people" as opposed to long term holders, and if so does he even know hes crossed it?

If the next BRR interview blames the falling SP jingle letters and nauseous flight attendents then I will find it hard to believe that MS takes shareholder concerns seriously enough.
