Not so...as long term shareholders, particularly top20, some might suggest we are charged with the responsibilty of "keeping the bastards honest".

Seriously though, if better managed...and lets face it, some Companies handle the release of news better than others...CVI stock would be trading closer to 50c...and all these placements would be considerably more effective, either due to fewer shares issued, or if the same numbers, more funds raised.

This sort of thing directly impacts future price ranges.

To suggest long term shareholders should not be concerned about this is akin to sticking one's head in the sand.

As I have said numerous times...the "issue" has nothing to do with the placements themselves, but everything to do with the on-market activity that transpires.
