In my opinion we don't have actual competitors because we are in the pre comercial phase. There is no substantial profitable market for renawables because of the abbundant, and relatively cheap access to fossil fuels. This stock is your typical "penny" stock, much like an oil exploration company, this stock will increase in value if it strikes "oil", and this has little to do with its direct competitors solar and wind energy to the aformentioned market landscspe.

This stock is for the long term, patient investor. If you need your capital to be working for you than its probably not the best choice. There has to be a siesmic change in the energy sector for this company to benefit, and this could well occur in the next 10 to 20 years if global warming becomes an actual "real" problem and not just a scientific modeling for the green movement.
