You should ask MS if he plans to have more of these special placements, because they are what stops CVI from having natural SP rises.
Sure MS has to keep raising money for what ever reasons, but every time he does, it seems to be via this method where the recipient doesn't really have the money and therefore must sell the shares on-market.
I doubt the recipient evern really wanted to buy them at all, and probably received a fee for being a go-between?
