But guys. CVI needs the liquidity/high volumes, to get the regular placements sold.
One of CVI's best assets is it's ASX listing. It just has such wonderful trading volumes compared to most small caps stocks, and this means CVI can raise heaps of money from small investors on a regular basis.
As soon as you clearly understand that these guys who have taken the big placements (Global/Easy-O etc., are not real (they don't really put up the money), the rest makes complete sense. Oh BTW - Global doesn't have clients that invested either. They simply get the shares and sell them through someone like Pattersons Stockbroking in Perth.
