    I totally agree with you.
    I have been holding cvi for more than a year and feel MS has complete disregard for us shareholders.
    Why would he give 20m of our shares for free? And who was the recipient?
    Who is behind Pensador?
    Why is he dealing with Global at our detriment?
    By the way, Global is a home based business and there is no info about it on the net.
    Why is it that we have no signed deals...
