The only aspect of this that is materially new is "WOA will be reporting on the progress publicly soon".
They announced quite some time ago they'd be building oat milk production line and more recently that funding was in place.
It's nice to see a bit of discussion and an indication they are excited about it. However, I don't see any "news" that should have been made public in a formal announcement.
