    Where do you put your money and how to pick a winner

    WPG, fully approved, fully funded 3.3mt production by the end of 2011.

    AXZ, PFS out, Opex only 60m, cost $28/t, 0.75mt production 2012.

    PLV, CR soon, Opex 500m, approval not start yet, production 2013 if lucky.
