I think you have your Opex and Capex mixed up.

Whilst the PFS and increase in Capex has not been nice, PLV still have huge potential and a better long term investment.

IMO PLV have a better resource and better annual tonnage. Whilst a higher capex than AXZ, I would prefer to spend an extra 440M for an extra 3.7Mtpa with a significant upside.

I expect PLV currently have a longer life than WPG and AXZ, please advise if not.

Yes disappointing share performance of late but stll has solid fundamentals IMO.
