I don't think you will see 50c until there is reported revenue, maybe not till there is reported profit.
As to when either of those happen. I don't know.
Maybe late 2017 for revenue.
Maybe 2018 for profit.
As for the peak limit. There isn't one. $1, $10, $100...all depends on how and what management do over the medium to long and even longer term.
But that is the case of all shares. Some get to dizzy heights.
The CSL IPO was in 1994 at $2.30.
In 1999 CSL was $13.
In Jul 2016 it reached $120.
Who would have predicted that?
